Over the past 30 years I have been working in various restaurants
throughout Rochester, New York. Some of the establishments that I have worked at include: Marriott Hotels, Rooney's, The
Rochester Club Restaurant and Ballroom, Pasta Villa, Park Avenue Pub, The Olive Tree, Richardson's Canal House and Stouffer's
Rochester Plaza Hotel, which I helped open in 1983. I am presently the Executive Chef at Tournedos Steak House at The
Inn On Broadway which is an upscale New York City style steak house.
Sharing my culinary
knowledge with others is something I find both fun and rewarding. Eight years ago I began instructing cooking classes at the
Cooking School at Tops Market, where I taught 25 classes throughout a 2 year period including
both lectures and hands-on lessons. I have also instructed a number of classes at Seasonal Kitchens in Mendon and at both
East and West Irondequiot High Schools.
